Terms of Use

JewelFix Pro · Last updated October 2026

These Terms govern your use of JewelFix Pro, the workshop management software for watch and jewellery repair businesses, including its website, apps and customer status portal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Subscriptions and billing

JewelFix Pro is offered on a monthly subscription in New Zealand dollars: Essentials at NZ$49/month and Full at NZ$99/month, per workshop business. Every new subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. Billing is arranged by invoice with the workshop owner — no payment is taken inside the mobile apps. If a subscription ends or is not renewed, workshop data may be archived and will be available for a reasonable period on request.

Your workshop and your data

You own the records you create: your customers, repairs, inventory, sales and accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the records you enter, including any messages your workshop sends to its customers.

Acceptable use

The service may be used only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to access another workshop's data, disrupt the service, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control may interrupt access.

Ending these terms

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the account menu in the app. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On request, we will help export your workshop's records before closure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JewelFix Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws such as the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
